Es gibt sie noch, verwilderte Waldflächen. In Thüringen sind bis zum Jahr 2020 insgesamt 5% in der Diskussion. (26.200 ha).
Doch wer sucht, der findet auch heute schon kleine (offensichtlich nicht bewirtschaftete) Gebiete. Umgestürzte Bäume bleiben liegen, der Wald scheint sich selbst überlassen.

Yes there are, seemingly untouched areas of the forest. A couple of month ago a discussion about ca. 26.200 ha (5%) in Thuringia until the year 2020 started.
But, you can find some small area today if you want. Down tumbled trees are accepted and the landscape looks like it is left to it’s own ressources.
The images are only small details of really huge panoramics! (up to several hundert millions px.)
